2257 COMPLIANCE STATEMENT

Pursuant to 18 U.S.C. § 2257 and 28 C.F.R. Part 75

All models, actors, actresses, and other persons appearing in any visual depiction of
actual or simulated sexually explicit conduct produced by HighTop Models Agency were
over the age of eighteen (18) years at the time of the creation of such depictions.

The records required by 18 U.S.C. § 2257 and 28 C.F.R. Part 75 for all content
produced and published by HighTop Models Agency are maintained in a secure and
private database, accessible only to authorized personnel. These records include
government-issued photo identification confirming the age of all individuals at the
time of production.

The records are stored digitally on a private and secure drive accessible only to the
three directors of HighTop Models Agency. Physical copies of the records will be
securely stored in a locked safe at our office location once established.
